Located on Harrison Avenue in Parksville, our menus feature local, sustainable, and seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients. By 23 he was the Executive Chef of the 4½-star Beach Club Resort which earned him amazing opportunities. Including the chance to meet and cook for Chef Lynn Crawford, and the crew, while she was filming the Scallops episode for her TV series Pitchin In. Michael was the opening Chef for Frankie’s Modern Diner, earning The Nanaimo Bulletins Best of City’s “Best Overall Restaurant” 2014 and 2015.
